environment.</span></span></p></li><li><p><span style="font-size:1.1em"><span style="color:#121317">5+ years of leadership experience in an international and/or multi-site organization.</span></span></p></li><li><p><span style="font-size:1.1em"><span style="color:#121317">Proven success in quality transformation, customer quality, and continuous improvement.</span></span></p></li><li><p><span style="font-size:1.1em"><span style="color:#121317">Experience in the transformer industry is a strong asset; experience in electrical equipment, heavy
