<h2>About Panora</h2><p style="min-height:1.5em">Panora is building a suite of AI-powered agents for insurance brokers: a highly regulated and operationally complex industry.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">Our ambition: become the AI Operating System for brokers in Europe, automating high-friction workflows while improving compliance, advisory quality, and client relationships.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">The product is already live with brokerage firms across France and Belgium, with AI assistants in production (quotation automation, contract comparison, coverage analysis, compliance checks, document generation…).</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">Panora enables brokers to save hours every week, reduce analysis time by up to 70%, and focus on what truly matters: advising their clients.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">Founded by Diane, ex-VC with a strong operational background, and Fabian, repeat founder and product-driven AI engineer, Panora is backed by Hexa (formerly eFounders), the startup studio behind Aircall, Spendesk, and Front.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">We are entering a key phase of scaling and industrializing our AI platform.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">We're now looking for builders who want to work at the intersection of insurance operations, product, and AI.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><h2>Why This Role Exists</h2><p style="min-height:1.5em">Insurance is complex, operational, and full of nuance: it cannot be designed through abstraction alone.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">As our Product Designer, you will work directly with brokers, founders, and AI systems to help translate real-world insurance workflows into interfaces that actually work in practice.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">This role is not for you if you're looking for a traditional design role focused on pixel-pushing or visual polish alone.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">You will help shape how insurance knowledge is structured, displayed, and used inside an AI-native product.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><h2>What You'll Do</h2><p style="min-height:1.5em">Insurance discovery &amp; user research</p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Work closely with our broker Design Partners to deeply understand their workflows</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Learn how brokers reason about risks, pricing, coverage decisions, and compliance</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Identify edge cases, exceptions, and non-standard situations that impact the user experience</p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em">Product design &amp;
