If you’re looking for an environment where you can make an impact and grow your career, we invite you to explore the opportunity below.</p> <p>In this role, you will have a unique opportunity to influence the technical direction of our global SAP SCM landscape and deliver solutions that support some of the world's most iconic sports and outdoor brands.</p> <h2>Tasks</h2> <p>What you will be doing</p> <p>Technical Development</p> <ul> <li>Lead technical solution design across SAP SCM domains, including EWM, MM, Distribution, TM, Procurement, and Production.</li> <li>Translate business requirements into scalable and maintainable solutions.</li> <li>Create and review technical specifications for complex developments and enhancements.</li> <li>Collaborate closely with solution architects and functional consultants to deliver end-to-end solutions.</li> </ul> <p>Modern SAP Development &#x26; BTP</p> <ul> <li>Design and develop applications and extensions using SAP BTP and modern SAP development approaches.</li> <li>Drive the adoption of Clean Core principles and modern extensibility concepts.</li> <li>Apply technologies such as ABAP Cloud, RAP/CAP, CDS Views, SAP Fiori/UI5, and SAP Build.</li> <li>Establish development standards and reusable frameworks for future SAP solutions.</li> </ul> <p>Technical Leadership &#x26; Innovation</p> <ul> <li>Embrace AI-assisted software engineering and leverage AI to improve productivity, quality, testing, and documentation.</li> <li>Mentor developers and contribute to architecture reviews and technical design discussions.</li> <li>Act as a senior technical expert within the SAP development community.</li> </ul> <p>Partner Collaboration</p> <ul> <li>Guide external development partners and system integrators, ensuring alignment with architecture, coding standards, and development best practices.</li> </ul> <h2>Requirements</h2> <p>What you need to succeed</p> <ul> <li> <p>7+ years of SAP development experience in complex SAP environments.</p> </li> <li> <p>Strong understanding of SAP Supply Chain Management processes and solutions.</p> </li> <li> <p>Experience working with SAP S/4HANA and transformation programs.</p> </li> <li> <p>Experience collaborating with international teams and external partners.</p> </li> <li> <p>Strong hands-on experience with SAP development technologies, including:</p> </li> <li> <p>ABAP Objects &#x26; ABAP Cloud</p> </li> <li> <p>RAP &#x26; CAP</p> </li> <li> <p>CDS Views</p> </li> <li> <p>SAP Fiori / UI5</p> </li> <li> <p>OData Services</p> </li> <li> <p>BAdIs and Enhancement Framework</p> </li> <li> <p>BRF+ and workflow technologies</p> </li> <li> <p>Experience with SAP BTP, SAP Build, Clean Core principles, DevOps practices, and AI-assisted development tools is considered an advantage.</p> </li> <li> <p>Ability to take ownership and strive for excellence in how work is planned, executed, and improved</p> </li> <li> <p>Interest in emerging SAP, cloud, and AI technologies.</p> </li> <li> <p>A pragmatic, curious approach to challenges with a focus on meaningful impact</p> </li> <li> <p>Clear and constructive communication across roles and functions</p> </li> </ul> <h2>Benefits</h2> <p>What’s in it for you</p> <p>At Amer Sports, you’ll be part of a global community of people who care about what they do and how they do it.
