Professional service and a close connection to our community has paid off: since our<br> founding in 1989 we have grown steadily and sustainably as a family company.</p> <h2>Tasks</h2> <ul> <li>You develop our AWS backend architecture,</li> <li>You implement efficient Lambdas using various frameworks,</li> <li>You introduce modern testing strategies (unit, integration, end-to-end tests),</li> <li>You optimize performance and scalability (PostgreSQL, DynamoDB caching),</li> <li>You ensure and further develop professional development and documentation standards with the team (Poetry, GitHub Actions, Confluence),</li> <li>You maintain the interface between our products, the account system, and the desktop software,</li> <li>You work closely with frontend developers, AI engineers, QA engineers, product managers, and UX/UI designers,</li> <li>You are used to working in an agile environment and contribute to a collaborative team culture.</li> </ul> <h2>Requirements</h2> <ul> <li>At least 5 years of experience in backend development with Python,</li> <li>You also have extensive experience with TypeScript / JavaScript, Boto3, or similar technologies,</li> <li>Confident use of frameworks such as FastAPI, Django, Flask, or similar,</li> <li>Solid experience with databases like PostgreSQL, SQL, DynamoDB, ORM, or similar,</li> <li>Extensive knowledge of AWS (Lambdas, S3, or other services) or other cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, GCP), with a willingness to dive deep into AWS,</li> <li>Hands-on experience with GitHub Actions and dependency management (Poetry, UV, PIP, or similar),</li> <li>Experience with test automation and agile development (Scrum/Kanban),</li> <li>Knowledge in software performance and scalability, as well as in implementing design patterns,</li> <li>A high level of initiative, communication skills, assertiveness, and confident teamwork.</li> </ul> <p>You do not have to match our job profile 100%.
