<p><strong>Time Commitment:</strong> approx. 10 hours/week (flexible)<br> <strong>Benefits:</strong> Grow and learn with an engaged international team, with the opportunity to gain a LinkedIn recommendation.</p> <p><strong>Role Overview</strong></p> <p>EUSMS is seeking a detail-oriented, systems-curious <strong>Volunteer Junior IT Support Assistant</strong> to support user access, onboarding/offboarding, and routine administration tasks in <strong>Odoo (ERP)</strong> and <strong>Microsoft 365</strong>.</p> <p>Working under our lead IT Administrator, you’ll help maintain secure and organized systems by managing user accounts, adjusting user access, and documenting internal processes across multiple platforms.
