The role will assess current processes and controls, design and implement efficient and scalable improvements, and support effective governance, testing, documentation and user handover</p> <p><strong>Key Facts</strong><br> Start: 05.10.2026<br> Dauer: Nicht bekannt<br> Auslastung: 100 %<br> Einsatzart:<br> Einsatzort: Remote<br> Einsatzland: Sonstiges</p> <p>Your tasks</p> <p>• Assess the existing Workiva transfer-pricing documentation process, including document structure, data inputs, linking, workflows, review processes and user roles</p> <p>• Lead discovery sessions with Tax, Finance and other stakeholders to confirm requirements, pain points and desired future-state ways of working</p> <p>• Design and document practical optimisation options for the Workiva solution, including templates, workflows, permissions, tasks, version control and governance</p> <p>• Configure agreed Workiva enhancements and support testing, issue resolution and sign-off</p> <p>• Prepare process documentation, training materials and handover guidance for business users and administrators</p> <p>• Provide recommendations for future improvements, automation opportunities and sustainable ownership of the transfer-pricing documentation process</p> <p>Must have competences</p> <p>• Demonstrable hands-on experience implementing, configuring or optimising Workiva solutions</p> <p>• Strong functional knowledge of Workiva capabilities, including workspaces, documents, spreadsheets, links, tasks, workflows, permissions and process controls</p> <p>• Experience gathering business requirements, translating them into practical Workiva solution designs and supporting delivery through testing and go-live</p> <p>• Ability to review existing processes and recommend pragmatic improvements to efficiency, governance, data quality and user experience</p> <p>• Ability to work independently with business stakeholders to diagnose issues and design practical solutions</p> <p>• Strong process-improvement, stakeholder-management, communication and documentation skills</p> <p>Nice to have competences</p> <p>• Transfer-pricing documentation experience, including familiarity with master file, local file, intercompany transaction and supporting data requirements</p> <p>• Experience applying Workiva solutions across reporting, compliance, tax, finance or documentation processes</p> <p><strong>Let’s power the future together</strong><br> Vom Business Case bis hin zur Umsetzung: Als führendes Beratungsunternehmen für strategische Transformationen sind wir vertrauenswürdiger Partner für unsere Kunden - und für unsere Mitarbeitenden.
