0015 Project Manager

<strong>Position Summary<br><br></strong>The Project Manager role is responsible for leading business improvement, technology and platform implementation projects from initiation through completion. This role ensures projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget, and in compliance with enterprise governance, security, and regulatory requirements.<br><br>As a member of the Enterprise PMO, the Project Manager works closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, vendors, and risk/compliance partners to coordinate delivery and provide transparency, control, and predictability across complex initiatives.<br><br><strong>Key Responsibilities<br><br></strong><ul><li>Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success metrics in collaboration with business and technology stakeholders</li><li>Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and forecasts in alignment with EPMO standards</li><li>Coordinate cross-functional teams, including internal IT groups and external vendors, to ensure timely and effective execution</li><li>Manage vendor performance, milestones, dependencies, and contractual commitments</li><li>Track project progress, risks, issues, and financials; recommend and implement corrective actions as needed</li><li>Ensure compliance with enterprise governance, security standards, internal controls, and audit requirements</li><li>Support business analysis activities by clarifying requirements and ensuring alignment between business needs and technology solutions</li><li>Provide regular status reporting to sponsors, steering committees, and senior leadership</li><li>Escalate risks, issues, and decision points with clear analysis and recommendations<br><br></li></ul><strong>Required Qualifications<br><br></strong><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, Industrial Engineering, Finance, or a related field</li><li>5–8 years of experience managing technology or platform implementation projects</li><li>Experience working within a structured or enterprise-level PMO</li><li>Strong understanding of project planning, execution control, risk management, and financial tracking</li><li>Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders<br><br></li></ul><strong>Preferred Qualifications<br><br></strong><ul><li>Background in Project Management, Business Analysis, Systems Analysis, or a similar role</li><li>Experience managing third-party vendors and system integrators</li><li>Exposure to compliance-driven or regulated environments</li><li>Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent)<br><br></li></ul><strong>Preferred Industry Experience<br><br></strong><ul><li>Security, cash management, treasury, banking, or financial services</li><li>Projects involving sensitive data, financial transactions, or operational controls</li><li>Familiarity with security, risk, or compliance frameworks<br><br></li></ul><strong>Core Competencies<br><br></strong><ul><li>Enterprise-level project management and governance<br><br></li></ul>Powered by JazzHR<br><br>7Zd58FtduW<br/><br/>Please mention the word **DARLING** and tag RMmEwMTo0Zjk6NmE6MTY2YTo6Mg== when applying to show you read the job post completely (#RMmEwMTo0Zjk6NmE6MTY2YTo6Mg==).
