Our team of 80 is spread across Europe, and we're serious about building a learning culture that keeps pace with how fast AI is changing everything.</p> <h2>Tasks</h2> <p><strong>What you'll do</strong></p> <ul> <li>Design and implement AI literacy programs for non-technical employees across all departments</li> <li>Identify skill gaps and translate them into structured learning journeys</li> <li>Curate and build content on AI tools, prompt engineering, and responsible AI use</li> <li>Collaborate with team leads to embed AI learning into daily workflows – not just one-off workshops</li> <li>Evaluate learning impact with real metrics, not just satisfaction scores</li> <li>Stay ahead of the curve: you know what's coming before it hits the mainstream</li> </ul> <h2>Requirements</h2> <p><strong>What you bring</strong></p> <ul> <li>3+ years in L&#x26;D, instructional design, or a related field</li> <li>Genuine hands-on experience with AI tools (not just ChatGPT on the weekend)</li> <li>The ability to make complex topics accessible without dumbing them down</li> <li>Strong facilitation skills – you can hold a room of skeptics and a room of enthusiasts equally well</li> <li>Comfort with ambiguity: this role is partly yours to define</li> </ul> <p><strong>Nice to have</strong></p> <ul> <li>Background in organizational development or change management</li> <li>Experience in a scale-up environment</li> <li>Familiarity with LMS platforms and learning analytics</li> </ul> <h2>Benefits</h2> <p><strong>What we offer</strong></p> <ul> <li>Competitive salary: €55,000 – €75,000 depending on experience</li> <li>Flexible working hours and async-first culture</li> <li>€1,500 annual learning budget (yes, you get one too)</li> <li>30 days vacation</li> <li>A team that will actually use what you build</li> </ul> <p><strong>Sounds like you?</strong></p> <p>Send us your CV and a short note on the AI tool you've found most useful in the last 3 months – and why.
