Business Development Manager For Smart Sensing Technologies (Berlin / Germany)

<p>We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Manager to help us expand our new business unit for <strong>AI based Sensor and Robotics Technologies</strong>.</p> <p>The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage<br> with business partners to build new business for the company. This<br> candidate will be focused and have strong communication skills. They<br> should be able to think critically when making plans and have a<br> demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy.</p> <h2>Tasks</h2> <ul> <li>Developing a business development strategy focused on financial gain</li> <li>Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs</li> <li>Identify partnership opportunities</li> <li>Arranging business development meetings with prospective clients</li> <li>Promote the company’s advanced products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives</li> <li>Develop new relationships in an effort to grow business and help company expand</li> <li>Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers</li> <li>Maintain existing business</li> <li>Think critically when planning to assure project success</li> </ul> <h2>Requirements</h2> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in engineering (+MBA preferred)</li> <li>3 - 4 years' prior industry related business development experience</li> <li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills</li> <li>Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies</li> <li>Focused and goal-oriented</li> <li>Experience in autonomous systems, AI, electric vehicles, logistics or supply chain for food industry is a plus</li> <li>Experience in customer support is a plus</li> <li>Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software</li> <li>Proficiency in English</li> <li>Market knowledge</li> <li>Communication and negotiation skills</li> <li>Time management and planning skills</li> </ul> <p>Find <a href="https://www.arbeitnow.com">Jobs in Germany</a> on Arbeitnow</a>
