<h2>Job Title</h2><p>Clinical Consultant - Radiology Informatics (RIS)</p><h2>Job Description</h2><p>As a clinical consultant in our Radiology Informatics organization, you will be responsible for coordinating and implementing activities required to provide application configuration, user training, product commercialization, trade show support, product demos, call escalation handling and system workflow integration.</p><p><b>Your role:</b> </p><ul><li><p>You will be part of a fast-growing, expert Informatics Team and help lead the way in transforming healthcare delivery. You will connect patients with hospitals, contributing to healthcare innovation and improving lives every day. You'll be at the forefront of radiology informatics, providing essential applications consultation and workflow expertise for solutions installations across our install base</p></li><li><p>You will be part of the <b>Radiology Informatics Northern Europe Team</b> – a highly skilled, dynamic and motivated team working within both service and sales. You will report directly to the Clinical Consultant Implementation Leader for Northern Europe</p></li><li><p>In addition to supporting customers locally (UKI), you will occasionally assist with requests from our global application team, which will require some international travel across Europe</p></li><li><p>You will collaborate in project teams to configure clinical workflows and serve in a consultative role, ensuring smooth delivery and successful implementation of VUE PACS solutions</p></li><li><p>You will develop and execute training programs for clinical users; support the creation and execution of User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for the solution’s go-live</p></li><li><p>You will own the resolution of defects related to clinical UI and workflows, and mentor customers in system maintenance</p></li><li><p>You will document as-built workflows, facilitate handover to service support, and participate in developing new solutions and product functionalities</p></li><li><p>From a competitive salary, annual incentive bonus and company car to family friendly policies, flexible benefits and access to Philips University, a career at Philips comes with all sorts of wonderful benefits. Be sure to speak to your recruiter about all the benefits on offer.</p></li></ul><p><b>You're the right fit if: </b></p><ul><li><p>You hold a bachelor’s degree and<b> 2+ years of relevant experience</b> or vocational education and 4+ years of relevant experience (a clinical degree in Radiography, Radiotherapy, Medical Imaging, Clinical Science and Technology is preferred)</p></li><li><p>You have <b>experience in a radiology department</b> and a good understanding of radiology workflows</p></li><li><p>You have experience with <b>RIS</b></p></li><li><p>You hold a radiographer license or have worked as a PACS administrator (ideally)</p></li><li><p>You are tech savvy and proficient with MS Office Products</p></li><li><p>You have experience with application training and/or consulting</p></li><li><p>You have a fluent level of English and excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills</p></li><li><p>You are motivated team player, adaptable and have great interpersonal skills</p></li><li><p>You hold a driving license and <b>have flexibility to travel within UK and Ireland (up to 70% of the time)</b>. You are also flexible to travel to additional locations across Europe as required.</p></li></ul><p><b>Please note that due to the role working in the healthcare environment, a standard DBS (Disclosure and Baring Service) criminal record check will be required.</b> </p><p><b>How we work together</b></p><p>We believe that we are better together than apart.
