Commercial Account Executive - SMB - (French/English)

<p>We are looking for a Commercial Account Executive - SMB to join our EMEA Sales team in Ireland (remote).</p> <p><strong>What does a Commercial Account Executive at CoderPad do?</strong></p> <p>Own a high-volume book of SMB accounts (ARR €5k–10k) — mostly self-serve and free-trial users already active in the product — and drive net-new revenue on short cycles by converting them into paid plans, plus targeted outbound on net-new logos.</p> <p>As the global leader in the technical interview space (4,000+ customers in 165+ countries) it is our goal as a Sales team to identify technical hiring challenges and drive the CoderPad value proposition across a large book of SMB accounts.</p> <p>This role reports to the Sales Manager for the EMEA team.</p> <p>This role is located in Ireland (remote) and works standard Irish business hours (GMT/BST).</p> <h3>What you’ll be doing</h3> <ul> <li> <p>Own a high-volume book of SMB accounts (ARR €5k–10k) and drive net-new revenue on short sales cycles.</p> </li> <li> <p>Work inbound leads and free-trial sign-ups, plus targeted outbound, across a dense pipeline.</p> </li> <li> <p>Run discovery calls, product demos and closing, converting interest into paid plans.</p> </li> <li> <p>Maintain rigorous CRM hygiene (Salesforce) and accurate forecasting.</p> </li> <li> <p>Partner with CS and Renewals for clean hand-offs on closed accounts.</p> </li> <li> <p>Consistently hit monthly deal and revenue targets.</p> </li> </ul> <h3>What you should bring:</h3> <ul> <li> <p>1–3 years of AE / closing experience, ideally in SaaS and at high account volume</p> </li> <li> <p>Some outbound prospecting experience.</p> </li> <li> <p>Strong CRM discipline (Salesforce) and follow-up rigor.</p> </li> <li> <p>Autonomy, energy and resilience to a fast pace; results-oriented and competitive.</p> </li> <li> <p>Fluent English and French; another European language is a plus.</p> </li> </ul> <h3>Compensation</h3> <ul> <li> <p>Compensation for this role includes: base salary and variable</p> </li> <li> <p>On-target earnings (OTE / total package) for this role: €90,000–€100,000, made up of base salary plus variable.</p> </li> <li> <p><em>Exact salary is based on skills, experience, location, market ranges, and other compensation offered.
