That means real ownership, real impact, and the chance to shape how we work from day one.</p> <h2>Tasks</h2> <p><strong>Launch plan &#x26; patient journey (primary focus)</strong></p> <ul> <li>Own how our end-to-end go-to-market plan for launch hangs together - how the digital platform works, what the patient journey looks like, and what milestones need to be hit</li> <li>Keep the launch plan on track by working back from key milestones</li> <li>Turn strategy into execution alongside both founders, coordinating across workstreams (technology partners, clinical operations, regulatory) to keep launch on track</li> </ul> <p><strong>Founder support &#x26; general operations</strong></p> <ul> <li>Work as a close partner to both founders — with real exposure to regulatory, commercial, and operational decision-making</li> <li>Support recruitment for key clinic hires, including running first-round interviews</li> <li>Support the office search and fit-out in Central London, and the pharmacy site search and fit-out outside London</li> <li>Take on ad hoc projects as they arise in a lean, fast-moving environment</li> </ul> <h2>Requirements</h2> <ul> <li>Proven experience spanning digital marketing/growth and general operating or founder-support roles (e.g. Chief of Staff, Founder's Associate, EIR, or a growth/ops hybrid)</li> <li>Comfortable owning ambiguity and shifting between strategic thinking and hands-on execution</li> <li>A background in a regulated, DTC, or healthtech environment is a strong plus, given the advertising and compliance constraints specific to medical marketing</li> <li>Discretion with sensitive data and a genuine service mindset towards employees and candidates</li> <li>A self-starter who's energised by the blank page — you're not looking for a narrow, pre-defined job description</li> <li>Based in or willing to relocate to London</li> </ul> <h2>Benefits</h2> <ul> <li>A genuine opportunity to build something from the ground up — not just fill a seat in an existing structure</li> <li>Close collaboration with experienced, entrepreneurial founders and leadership</li> <li>A dynamic, international team with a mission that matters</li> <li>Competitive compensation and flexibility in how and where you work</li> <li>Real ownership and autonomy from day one, with a clear path to grow with the company as the clinic scales</li> </ul> <p>Find more <a href="https://www.arbeitnow.co.uk/english-speaking-jobs">English Speaking Jobs in United Kingdom</a> on Arbeitnow</a>
