Freelance Software Tester (Infinitum/Telcel Users)

Our global community of freelance testers has helped companies deliver better experiences to millions of users.</p><p>We're currently looking for people <strong>based in Mexico</strong> to help test the <strong>Claro Video</strong> app (yes, the streaming service)</p><p><strong>No professional software testing experience is required.</strong> If you're comfortable following instructions, using mobile apps, and sharing feedback, we'd love to hear from you.</p><h2>Requirements</h2><ul> <li>Age: You have to be at least 18 years old.</li> <li>Location: <strong>Must be physically located in Mexico</strong></li> <li><strong>You must have Infinitum or Telcel plan with access to </strong><strong>Claro Video. </strong><em>(Included with many plans and can usually be activated at no extra cost.</em></li> <li><strong>English:</strong> Intermediate level or higher. <em>(You should be comfortable reading instructions and reporting issues in English.)</em></li> <li>Devices (own any of these devices): <ul> <li>AppleTV (tvOS 26)</li> <li>iPhone 11 and up</li> <li>iPad, iPad Air and iPad Pro (iPadOS 26)</li> <li>Mac -Intel and Apple Silicon</li> <li>Windows 10 or Windows 11 computer running Chrome, Edge, or Firefox as browsers</li> <li>Android TV</li> <li>FireTV</li> <li>Samsung Tizen TVs</li> <li>LG SmartTV with modern versions of webOS</li> <li>HiSense Smart TVs</li> </ul> </li> </ul><h2>What does testing look like?</h2><ul> <li>Type of testing: streaming testing.</li> <li>Type of work: short-term, freelance.</li> <li>Workload: Approximately 3 months with weekly or bi-weekly sessions (typically 1-2 hours each)</li> <li>Pay rate: The pay rate for this is 12 USD/hr.</li> <li>Payment: You are paid weekly via PayPal or Payoneer.</li> <li>We will send you the USD amount, which you can then transfer/convert to EUR if it is more convenient to you.</li> </ul><h2>Benefits of being a freelancer at Testlio</h2><ul> <li>Schedule: You can create your schedule and work on other testing runs that interest you.</li> <li>Location: Testlio is a 100% remote company.
