Graphic Designer (Working Student) // AI Music Video Platform

We are a small, ambitious group of people, striving to build something creators love.</p> <h2>Tasks</h2> <ul> <li>Design social media posts, carousels, and visual assets for Instagram, LinkedIn, X, and other channels.</li> <li>Translate product features, updates, and insights into engaging social media visuals.</li> <li>Work with the motion design team to create and prepare assets for animated social media content and videos.</li> <li>Contribute ideas for new social media content formats, campaigns, and creative concepts.</li> <li>Ensure all social media visuals align with the Neural Frames brand.</li> <li>Stay up to date with social media industry trends.</li> </ul> <h2>Requirements</h2> <ul> <li>Good graphic design skills and a portfolio showcasing your work.</li> <li>Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar design tools.</li> <li>Good understanding of typography, layout, composition, and visual storytelling.</li> <li>Familiarity with social media content formats and best practices.</li> <li>Ability to work independently and willingness to iterate based on feedback.</li> <li>Currently enrolled at a university or higher education institution.</li> <li>You live in Berlin.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Nice to Have</strong></p> <ul> <li>Experience creating social media carousels and marketing graphics.</li> <li>Basic motion graphics or video editing skills.</li> <li>Interest in AI, creative tools, design, or creator-focused products.</li> <li>Experience working with startups or creator brands.</li> </ul> <h2>Benefits</h2> <ul> <li>Hands-on experience at a fast-growing AI startup.</li> <li>Direct collaboration with product, marketing, and creative teams.</li> <li>A strong portfolio of real-world design work.</li> <li>Profit Sharing.
