You will spend your time analysing payment channels, KYC processes, Responsible Gaming initiatives, and combating fraud, all within a strictly analytical remit. But, if you’re passionate about the role and have relevant experience, we want to hear from you!&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Key Responsibilities&amp;nbsp;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;ul&gt; &lt;li&gt;Analyse complex datasets related to customer payments, KYC verifications, and promotional usage to identify potential risks and fraudulent activity.&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;Conduct in-depth analysis of customer payment channels and transactional data to identify anomalous behaviours, detect potential fraudulent activity, and mitigate financial risks.&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;Evaluate and monitor KYC (Know Your Customer) verification datasets to enhance customer risk profiling, optimise the onboarding flow, and ensure robust operational compliance.&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;Proactively monitor and investigate global bonus abuse patterns, leveraging automation to streamline reporting and protect commercial integrity.&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;Actively seeking opportunities to implement&amp;nbsp;analytical automation&amp;nbsp;for regulatory compliance and operational risk tracking.&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;Transform intricate data analyses into clear, actionable recommendations that enhance responsible gambling practices, exploring the use of&amp;nbsp;AI and advanced analytical tools&amp;nbsp;where relevant to improve efficiency.&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;Build and maintain automated reporting dashboards to monitor key compliance-related KPIs and track the performance of risk initiatives.&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;Collaborate across business departments, translating technical findings articulately to influence decision-making regarding risk strategies.&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;Proactively anticipate additional information needs and propose alternative analytical solutions to contextualise business problems.&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;Stay continually updated on evolving online gambling regulations and industry changes that impact operations.&lt;/li&gt; &lt;/ul&gt; &lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Skills, Knowledge and Experience&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;ul&gt; &lt;li&gt;Demonstrable proficiency in writing SQL to query databases, manipulate large datasets, and extract meaningful insights.&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;Proven analytical background with a strong grasp of mathematical concepts and the ability to integrate them into advanced analytical models.&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;Experience in, or highly transferable skills relevant to, analysing financial transactions, payments, or KYC processes.&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable business recommendations for non-technical stakeholders.&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing operational risks.&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning, specifically regarding new analytical tools, automation capabilities, and soft skills.&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;Experience working in Gambling/Gaming is an advantage but a demonstratable desire to get into the industry will be considered.&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;Familiarity with regulations, or previous exposure to working alongside regulators and within a strictly regulated environment.&lt;/li&gt; &lt;/ul&gt; &lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;What can we offer?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;ul&gt; &lt;li&gt;Company Performance Bonus&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;Flexible Working Agreements where applicable&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;Private Healthcare Scheme + Employee Enhanced Assistance&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;Enhanced Family Leave - Maternity, Shared Parental &amp;amp; Adoption Leave: up to 6 months at full pay and 6 months at half pay.
