As Senior Engineering Manager, IT Solutions, you'll lead multiple engineering teams across this domain, reporting into the Head of Engineering, and play a key role in shaping the technical direction that underpins these products.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">You'll take ownership of OKR delivery, technical health, and a cohesive technical vision across the IT Solutions domain, while partnering closely with Product, Data, and Commercial teams to keep technical delivery aligned with business goals.
