After our €12.5M funding round including investors such as <strong>Google Ventures and 20VC</strong>, we are now looking for extremely driven and ambitious individuals who want to bring comstruct to the next level of success. Whilst we are excited to name some of the world’s biggest construction companies as our customers (such as Vinci) we’re just getting started.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">As part of our growth, we are looking for an <strong>Intern to the Chief of Staff </strong>to join the G&amp;A team.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">This job is a unique opportunity to learn how to operate a startup - from Finance to Talent, GTM &amp; operations.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><p style="min-height:1.5em">🚀 <strong>What we are looking for:</strong></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Recent graduation from one of the world's top universities</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">You have completed internships in top investment banks, leading startups or Tier 1 consultancies</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">You have experience in (financial) modeling, building automations and developing sales processes</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">You are extremely driven and have a track record to prove that, as we expect a very high level of structure and ownership from you</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Full proficiency in <strong>German (C2)</strong> and <strong>English</strong></p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Please note that this role requires a high level of office presence</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Nice to have: You just finished your studies and are looking for a 6 month internship with opportunity to join full-time.</p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>🚀 What you will be working on:</strong></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>GTM &amp; Operations</strong>: Support the structure of our international expansion. You will work on central topics across our commercial departments to multiply our revenue.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Talent</strong>: We need to find the best talent there is to build a world-class organization.
