The role requires design intuition, technical proficiency (HTML/CSS), and a meticulous eye for detail to represent every client's brand.</p> <h3><strong>What You'll Own</strong></h3> <p><strong>Website Design &amp; Build</strong></p> <ul> <li> <p><strong>Build &amp; Execution:</strong> Execute end-to-end builds of standard websites within established design frameworks on the Presence Platform, ensuring designs are visually compelling and fully responsive across devices.</p> </li> <li> <p><strong>Design Elevation:</strong> Apply cohesive color palettes and typography within established templates to reflect each client's brand.</p> </li> <li> <p><strong>Review Project Requirements:</strong> Thoroughly review the project brief ticket, and all supporting materials before beginning any work to ensure a complete understanding of project requirements.</p> </li> <li> <p><strong>Client Translation Mastery:</strong> Understand and translate every client ask — from intake notes, discovery materials, and brand guidance — into the actual build.</p> </li> <li> <p><strong>User Experience:</strong> Design intuitive, engaging websites that provide an exceptional user experience and support lead generation.</p> </li> </ul> <p><strong>Quality Assurance &amp; Compliance</strong></p> <ul> <li> <p><strong>Rigorous Self-QA:</strong> Review and validate your work against the Build + Self-QA checklist before handoff. Quality is built throughout the work, not inspected at the end.</p> </li> <li> <p><strong>Compliance Checks:</strong> Verify state disclosure, brokerage branding rules, and MLS/IDX display requirements before any design work is considered done.</p> </li> <li> <p><strong>SEO Fundamentals:</strong> Apply SEO best practices, including meta-data optimization and link mapping.</p> </li> </ul> <p><strong>Process &amp; Communication</strong></p> <ul> <li> <p><strong>Task Management:</strong> Meet established handling time targets for website drafts and revisions while maintaining accurate task statuses to ensure clear workflow visibility and pipeline accuracy.</p> </li> <li> <p><strong>On-Time Ownership:</strong> Own the delivery timeline of your assigned builds, and resolve QA passbacks promptly so the project keeps moving.</p> </li> <li> <p><strong>Reporting:</strong> Escalate platform bugs, project blockers, and out-of-scope requests to your Team Lead in a timely manner.</p> </li> <li> <p><strong>Raise Risk Early:</strong> Communicate workload, dependency, or delivery risk <em>before</em> a deadline is missed — not after.</p> </li> <li> <p><strong>Communication:</strong> Maintain timely communication by responding within the same business day, acknowledging important instructions, and providing updates when working on time-sensitive or high-priority tasks.</p> </li> </ul> <h3><strong>What We're Looking For</strong></h3> <p><strong>Experience</strong></p> <ul> <li> <p>Little to no prior professional website-building experience required.</p> </li> <li> <p>Prior exposure to block-based builders (e.g., Squarespace, Webflow, or similar) is a plus.</p> </li> <li> <p>Fresh graduates with a strong portfolio and technical aptitude are strongly encouraged to apply — full training is provided.</p> </li> </ul> <p><strong>Skills &amp; Mindset</strong></p> <ul> <li> <p><strong>Technical:</strong> Foundational knowledge of HTML5, CSS, and JSON, with a willingness to build fluency quickly.
