We're looking for a Key Account Manager Italy who builds our business in the Italian market from the ground up — managing existing partners, securing new listings and actively developing ranges and promotions.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">You'll work closely with our marketing, operations and e-commerce teams and be the face of Glow25 in Italy: strategic, hands-on and genuinely passionate about brand building.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>This is where we need your support:</strong></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Market Entry &amp; Expansion</strong> — You build our business in Italy, with a focus on drugstores, pharmacies/parapharmacies, online retail and selected grocery partners.</p></li></ul><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Account Management</strong> — You manage existing customers and win new partners through compelling pitches and tailored product range proposals.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Promotions &amp; Trade Marketing</strong> — You plan and coordinate promotions, point-of-sale materials and sampling campaigns together with the marketing team.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Cross-functional Collaboration</strong> — You work closely with internal teams across marketing, operations, regulatory and e-commerce.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Market &amp; Competitive Analysis</strong> — You keep an eye on trends, spot opportunities and develop new distribution ideas for the Italian market.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Representation</strong> — You represent Glow25 at trade shows, customer meetings and industry events across <a target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow" href="http://Italy.You">Italy.</a></p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>You have the following experience:</strong></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Several years of experience in key account management, <strong>ideally in FMCG, beauty or health</strong></p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">A strong understanding of the <strong>Italian retail landscape</strong> — drugstores, pharmacies/parapharmacies, online retail and grocery</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Fluent Italian and English</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Spanish is a nice to have (bonus if you can also work in/with Spanish-speaking partners or markets)</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">A structured, proactive way of working with a real <strong>hands-on attitude</strong></p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Confident use of everyday tools: Google Workspace, Slack, Asana and a CRM system as well as <strong>AI</strong></p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Experience with <strong>pharmacy / parapharmacy channels</strong> — especially knowledge of the specific mechanics, decision processes and trade marketing setup in that environment is a bonus</p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>That's something you can look forward to:</strong></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Work flexibly, in the way that suits you best. </strong>Work when and where you’re most productive – with flexible hours and smart time tracking.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Home office?
