Apply now and help us shape the energy world of tomorrow.</strong></p> <p>Learn about our Product &#x26; Tech team!</p> <h2>Deine Position</h2> <p>As (Lead/Senior) Technical Product Manager for Platform Engineering, you will shape the internal platform products that help our builders ship better software faster, more reliably, and with less friction.</p> <p>You will partner with engineering across Developer Platform &#x26; Security to turn complex platform capabilities into products that developers and AI agents love to use. Your work will cover internal developer experience, cloud and infrastructure workflows, CI/CD, observability, security guardrails, Backstage, AI coding tools and agentic workflows.</p> <p>This is a senior individual contributor role. You will not manage people, but you will influence technical direction, product strategy, and adoption across engineering.</p> <h2>Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:</h2> <ul> <li>Strategic Product Leadership: Own and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Platform Engineering products, aligned with company priorities and engineering needs.</li> <li>Platform-As-Product: Treat internal capabilities like real products, using discovery, user research, feedback loops, and adoption data to solve actual builder problems.</li> <li>Stakeholder Management: Align engineers, product managers, engineering leads, security, SRE, and senior leadership around a clear platform direction.</li> <li>Impact Ownership: Define and track success metrics such as platform adoption, Change Lead Time, MTTD/MTTR, etc.This includes translating complex technical platform initiatives and metrics into clear business impact and ROI for non-technical, (C-level) stakeholders.</li> <li>Internal Product Evangelism: Communicate complex technical products in a clear, compelling way so teams understand, trust, and adopt them.</li> <li>Agentic Engineering Enablement: Help shape the tools, context layers, and guardrails that allow humans and AI agents to build and release software safely.</li> <li>Prioritisation &#x26; Trade-Offs: Balance speed, reliability, security, simplicity, and long-term maintainability in a fast-moving scale-up environment.</li> </ul> <h2>Technologies your teams will work with include:</h2> <ul> <li> <p>Google Cloud Platform, Vercel</p> </li> <li> <p>Terraform / Terramate</p> </li> <li> <p>GitHub Actions</p> </li> <li> <p>Backstage</p> </li> <li> <p>Cursor, MCP, and agentic engineering workflows</p> </li> <li> <p>TypeScript, Python and GoLang</p> </li> </ul> <h2>Dein Profil</h2> <p>You have:</p> <ul> <li>Several years of experience in Product Management, Technical Product Management, or a similar role for technical products.</li> <li>A strong platform-as-product mindset, ideally with experience building internal tools, developer platforms, infrastructure products, or technical B2B products.</li> <li>Enough technical depth to reason about cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, observability, security, and software delivery trade-offs with engineers.</li> <li>Strong communication skills and the ability to translate complex technical concepts into narratives that different audiences can understand.</li> <li>Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders.</li> <li>A pragmatic, outcome-oriented way of working, focused on solving real problems fast.</li> <li>Excellent English communication skills; German is a plus.
