Manager, RTM Operations- Physical Therapy

<p>We are seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to lead the day-to-day operations of Luna's Remote Therapeutic Monitoring (RTM) Care Navigation team.</p> <p>In this role, you will oversee RTM care navigation operations, team performance, workflow execution, and continuous process improvement while supporting operational consistency, documentation quality, and billing readiness. Working closely with the Senior Director of Clinical Programs and Strategy, you'll partner with Clinical, Concierge, Billing, Product, and Data teams to support scalable, high-quality RTM operations.</p> <p>This is a leadership role focused on operational excellence and team management rather than direct patient care.
