We are looking for a reliable, trustworthy, and hardworking<strong> Office Maid </strong>to help maintain our office and support the team with light day-to-day tasks.</p><p><br></p><p><u>Job Description:</u></p><p>This position is primarily focused on keeping the office clean and well-maintained. In addition, you will assist management with small tasks such as running errands, organizing supplies, and preparing refreshments.</p><p><br></p><p><u>Responsibilities:</u></p><ul><li>Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and clean all office areas;</li><li>Clean and maintain restrooms, kitchen areas, and shared spaces;</li><li>Empty and sanitize waste bins;</li><li>Refill soap, tissues, and other hygiene products;</li><li>Keep all rooms tidy, especially meeting areas and common zones;</li><li>Run office-related errands, such as purchasing supplies or refreshments;</li><li>Prepare tea, coffee, and light refreshments for staff when required;</li><li>Assist with basic administrative tasks, such as filing or organizing documents;</li><li>Support management with occasional day-to-day tasks when required.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><u>Requirements:</u></p><ul><li>Previous experience in a cleaning or similar role is preferred;</li><li>Reliable, punctual, trustworthy, and responsible;</li><li>Friendly, helpful attitude and willingness to assist when needed;</li><li>Able to work independently and manage time well;</li><li>Basic spoken English is an advantage.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><u>Working Hours:</u></p><ul><li>Full time - Monday to Friday: 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM;</li><li>Must be available to occasionally work on Saturdays when needed</li></ul><br/><br/>Please mention the word **ASTOUND** and tag RMmEwMTo0Zjg6MTQxOjQyMjk6OjI= when applying to show you read the job post completely (#RMmEwMTo0Zjg6MTQxOjQyMjk6OjI=).
