As People Development Specialist at Lio, you will build meaningful development opportunities, establish a strong feedback culture, and create shared experiences that connect our teams in Munich and New York.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><h1>What You’ll Do</h1><p style="min-height:1.5em">In this role, you will:</p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Design, implement, and continuously improve feedback and performance cycles across our Munich and New York offices</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Build clear development and career paths that help employees understand how they can grow at Lio</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Support managers in giving effective feedback and having meaningful development conversations</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Identify learning and development needs and turn them into practical initiatives</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Own and organize culture events that strengthen connection, collaboration, and belonging across locations</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Drive initiatives that improve employee experience, engagement, and team effectiveness</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Act as a trusted point of contact for employees and managers on development and culture topics</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Build scalable People Development processes and tools as the company grows</p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><h1>Your Profile</h1><p style="min-height:1.5em">You’re a good fit for this role if you:</p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Have experience in people development, organizational development, HR, talent management, or a related role ideally in a startup or fast-growing company</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Have designed or managed feedback, performance, or employee development processes</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Know how to turn broad development goals into clear, practical programs</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Enjoy creating engaging culture initiatives and bringing people together</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Are comfortable collaborating with teams and managers across different locations and time zones</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Balance empathy and strong interpersonal skills with a structured, data-informed approach</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Are proactive, organized, and execution-driven</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Thrive in dynamic startup environments and enjoy taking ownership</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Communicate confidently in English; German is a plus</p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><h1>Why Join Us?</h1><p style="min-height:1.5em">At Lio, you’ll play a key role in shaping how our people grow and how our culture develops across Munich and New York.
