Must be able to overlap with local regional business hours.</p> <h2>Tasks</h2> <p><strong>Strategic Business Alignment</strong></p> <ul> <li>Partner with regional executives to map out workforce plans that support regional expansion.</li> <li>Provide change management support during organizational shifts and market entries.</li> <li>Act as a direct communication bridge between Global HQ HR and local regional entities.</li> <li>Deliver data-driven people insights to regional leadership to improve operational efficiency.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Talent Management &#x26; Acquisition</strong></p> <ul> <li>Design localized talent acquisition strategies for executive and high-impact sales leadership roles.</li> <li>Manage regional succession planning to ensure strong leadership pipelines for emerging markets.</li> <li>Conduct annual regional talent reviews and design targeted upskilling programs.</li> <li>Facilitate competitive cross-border onboarding experiences tailored to regional nuances.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Performance Management &#x26; Culture</strong></p> <ul> <li>Implement standardized corporate appraisal systems adapted to local market conditions.</li> <li>Coach regional country managers on performance enablement and constructive feedback loop styles.</li> <li>Drive a high-performance culture aligned with Tiens Group’s values and direct-selling business model.</li> <li>Oversee employee engagement initiatives to reduce cross-border turnover rates.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Compliance &#x26; Employee Relations</strong></p> <ul> <li>Monitor localized labor law developments across all assigned countries to mitigate legal risk.</li> <li>Resolve complex employee relations, grievances, and local compliance conflicts.</li> <li>Advise on standard compensation adjustments and localization of corporate benefit schemes.</li> </ul> <h2>Requirements</h2> <p><strong>Education</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in law, Human Resources, Psychology or related fields.</li> <li>Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years as a Regional HRBP.</li> <li>Prior experience working in a multinational corporation (MNC) or regional head office with matrix reporting structures.</li> <li>Experience in the direct selling, FMCG, healthcare, or retail industries is highly preferred.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Skills &#x26; Competencies</strong></p> <ul> <li>Excellent speaking and writing in English and Russian languages; additional languages are an advantage.</li> <li>Proficiency in Chinese (spoken and written) is a distinct advantage</li> <li>Deep understanding of labor law frameworks across the designated region.</li> <li>Proven success managing cross-cultural teams and handling stakeholder management remotely.</li> <li>Strong data literacy with experience using AI tools for workflow proficiency.</li> <li>Ability to travel regionally up to 20% of the time based on business needs.</li> </ul> <h2>Benefits</h2> <ul> <li>Hybrid or remote work style tailored to your specific location and lifestyle.</li> <li>Fully compliant local employment contracts featuring competitive compensation and tailored regional benefits.</li> <li>Company laptop, home internet, mobile phone support.</li> <li>Accelerated career path into regional leadership or global strategic roles.</li> <li>Opportunities to work from or transfer to our other global markets and regional hubs.</li> </ul> <p>Find <a href="https://www.arbeitnow.com/">Jobs in Germany</a> on Arbeitnow</a>
