Senior Learning Developer

<p><strong>Location: </strong>Remote</p><p><strong>Model: </strong>Remote</p><p><strong>Scope: </strong>Full time</p><p><strong>Description:</strong></p><p>We're looking for a highly creative, AI-savvy Senior Learning Developer to support a team of technical specialists who deploy and support some of the world's largest AI factories and advanced computing environments.</p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li><p>Transform technical content into impactful videos, animations, presentations, quick-reference guides, and other learning assets</p></li><li><p>Create motion graphics, animated explainers, and video content with a strong emphasis on Adobe After Effects</p></li><li><p>Leverage generative AI tools to shape content, accelerate production, explore creative solutions, and enhance learning experiences</p></li><li><p>Apply established brand standards across all deliverables</p></li><li><p>Adapt development approaches to support both rapid-turnaround projects and polished learning experiences</p></li><li><p>Partner with subject matter experts to clarify complex concepts and address content gaps</p></li><li><p>Independently manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines using project management and collaboration tools</p></li><li><p>Publish, maintain, and optimize learning content within learning management systems</p></li></ul><br /><br /><p><strong>What We Need to See</strong></p><ul><li><p>8+ years of experience in learning development, instructional design, or a related field</p></li><li><p>Ability to collaborate effectively among distributed teams - daily overlap with U.S. Central Time</p></li><li><p>Experience supporting learning programs in AI, infrastructure, data center, cloud, engineering, or other highly technical environments</p></li><li><p>Visual design and information design skills supported by a strong portfolio - preferred</p></li><li><p>Expertise in Adobe After Effects, along with proficiency in Illustrator, Photoshop, and video editing tools</p></li><li><p>Experience working with generative AI tools while maintaining ownership of creative, editorial, and instructional design decisions</p></li><li><p>Experience with Adobe Learning Manager, Synthesia, ElevenLabs, Lottie, or comparable content creation and animation tools</p></li><li><p>Familiarity with Storyline, Rise, Captivate, Camtasia, or similar eLearning authoring platforms</p></li></ul><p>Find <a href="https://www.arbeitnow.com">Jobs in Germany</a> on Arbeitnow</a>
