This role focuses on strategic partnerships, providing tailored support, and maintaining high levels of partner engagement.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 8pt;"><em>Note: While our global internal title for this role is "Partner Success Executive," we use "Senior Partner Success Manager" externally as it best aligns with the German market standards.</em></span></span></p> <p></p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>YOUR IMPACT</strong></span></p> <ul> <li><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Develop and maintain close relationships with key partners through visits, emails, and calls.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Handle all partner needs and issues during the partnership lifecycle.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Achieve exclusivity targets by negotiating and securing exclusive deals with partners.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Optimize the customer experience by addressing integration and booking issues and ensuring smooth operations with the partner.&nbsp;</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Collaborate with internal teams to align on strategic objectives and support partner success.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Conduct regular analysis of partner performance and provide actionable insights.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Participate in strategic initiatives to enhance partner engagement and satisfaction.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Prepare and deliver reports on partner success metrics and project outcomes.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Assist in the creation and dissemination of support materials and tutorials.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Be able to train and engage partners' employees on Wellhub's value proposition.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Live the mission: inspire and empower others by genuinely caring for your own wellbeing and your colleagues. Bring wellbeing to the forefront of work, and create a supportive environment where everyone feels comfortable taking care of themselves, taking time off, and finding work-life wellness.</span></li> </ul> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>WHO YOU ARE</strong></span></p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">You bring at least 5 years of experience in sales, customer success or related fields.&nbsp;</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Preferred bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">You speak German at a native level (C1) and English fluently.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Proficiency in Excel/Sheets and GSuite.&nbsp;</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Understanding of commercial negotiations and pricing strategies.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Experience working in the fitness/wellbeing industry is a plus.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">AI (Artificial Intelligence) knowledge and expertise are a significant plus.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Experience with Salesforce and Metabase is a plus.</span></li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">We recognize that individuals approach job applications differently.
