And we'll need help doing it.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">Legal tech is on the rise, with Goldman Sachs estimating that <a target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer" class="postings-link" href="https://www.law.com/legaltechnews/2023/03/30/legal-industry-reacts-to-goldman-sachs-generative-ai-report-keep-calm-and-panic/?slreturn=20231019075707">44% of legal tasks can be automated</a> with generative AI. With the brand we have built and the agility of early stage we are well placed to capture this opportunity.</p><div style="min-height:1.2em;margin-top:0;margin-bottom:0"> </div><p style="min-height:1.5em">Signing a contract is the easy part. Everything before it (multiple parties, several legal documents, opposing interests, a redlining process most companies still run through email attachments) is where contracting actually gets hard.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">That's the part of Juro you'll own. It's the most ambitious area of the product and the one with the most room to change how contracting feels for the people doing it day to day.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">We're not handing you a blank page. There's a roadmap in place and a team ready to build it. We want you shipping against it while you're forming your own view of the problem, then tell us which parts of it were wrong.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><p style="min-height:1.5em">Every PM at Juro is hired to <strong>make product bets that pay out</strong>. Great means that:</p><ol style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">the bets you own deliver real outcomes for customers quickly, and</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">those outcomes show up in revenue.</p></li></ol><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>What you're here to do:</strong></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Ship against the contract workflow roadmap in your first few weeks.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Get close to the problem rapidly. Talk to customers and prospects yourself. Form your own view of the jobs to be done rather than inheriting ours.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Take on AI review. It's a deep agentic system (evals, flows, failure modes) and "good redline" isn't a pass/fail, which is what makes it hard. It also spans your team and our Agentic team, so some of what you own won't sit neatly in one place.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Work shoulder to shoulder with engineering, design and GTM to turn all of that into something people actually enjoy using.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Measure whether any of it worked and be honest when it didn't.
