Senior Software Engineer, Support & Integration (C++) – Digital Patient Model

<br><strong>What you'll do</strong><p>As a <strong>Senior Software Engineer, Support &amp; Integration (C++)</strong>, you will join the <strong>Snke Anatomy</strong> Applications team and help ensure that our Digital Patient Model services are reliably integrated and supported in customer environments. In this role, you will handle escalated technical issues and provide third-level support through analysis, root cause investigation, and collaboration with the engineering team. You will also support legacy products through technical analysis and contribute to development work whenever support demand allows.<br><br><ul><li>Investigate and analyze customer-reported issues in production systems, integration setups, and internal environments.</li><li>Reproduce issues, identify root causes, and provide clear technical findings to the responsible engineering team.</li><li>Support customers with the integration of our services, APIs, and data flows.</li><li>Analyze issues in legacy products and support their continued operation.</li><li>Work with modern C++20 services and understand older C++ code bases for debugging and support purposes.</li><li>Communicate technical findings clearly to internal teams and customers.</li><li>Contribute to development work when support priorities allow.</li></ul></p><br><strong>What we're looking for</strong><p>We are looking for someone with several years of professional experience in C++ software engineering and technical support or integration roles.
