<p style="min-height:1.5em">🚀 <strong>Senior Talent Acquisition Partner – Corporate Functions</strong></p><p style="min-height:1.5em">📄 <strong>Fixed Term Contract – 6 months </strong><br />📍 <strong>Hybrid – London</strong></p><p style="min-height:1.5em">We’re hiring a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to support one of our clients across a broad range of Corporate functions.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">You’ll take ownership of end-to-end recruitment across areas including Marketing, Finance and Legal, partnering closely with hiring managers to deliver high-quality talent at pace.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">This is a highly visible role where you’ll act as a true talent partner to the business — combining strong sourcing skills, data-driven insight and effective stakeholder management to shape recruitment strategies and continuously improve the hiring process.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><h3>🌟 What You’ll Do</h3><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Own and manage end-to-end, high-volume recruitment campaigns across Corporate functions</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Build trusted relationships with hiring managers, confidently influencing and advising stakeholders at all levels</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Develop and deliver proactive, innovative sourcing strategies across active and passive talent pools</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Use recruitment data and reporting to identify trends, measure performance and help hiring managers make better decisions</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Ensure a seamless, high-quality candidate experience throughout the recruitment process</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Work confidently with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment reporting</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Identify opportunities for continuous improvement across recruitment processes and ways of working</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Act as a proactive and trusted partner, bringing ideas and solutions to the client</p></li></ul><h3>🔍 What You Bring</h3><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Demonstrable experience managing full-cycle recruitment from sourcing through to offer and acceptance</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Experience managing recruitment across Corporate functions, particularly Marketing, Finance or Legal</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Proven experience managing end-to-end, high-volume recruitment campaigns</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Strong stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to influence, challenge and advise at all levels</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Experience using ATS platforms and producing recruitment reporting and insights</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">A data-driven mindset, with a focus on continuous improvement and measurable outcomes</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">A proactive and innovative approach to sourcing talent and improving recruitment processes</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities and operate effectively in a fast-paced environment</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">A collaborative, adaptable and outcomes-focused approach</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p></li></ul><h3> </h3><p>Find <a href="https://www.arbeitnow.co.uk">Jobs in United Kingdom</a> on Arbeitnow</a>
