Together, we combine the precision of accounting with the speed, creativity, and ambition of AI-native software to power the financial core of the world’s fastest-growing companies while redefining what finance teams should expect from their software.</p><h2><strong>Who We Need</strong></h2><p style="min-height:1.5em">We are building industry-defining accounting and finance software, and we’re looking for a Solutions Consultant to help Rillet enter its next phase of growth.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">We’ve grown quickly and are expanding our GTM team to accelerate that trajectory. You’ll work closely with Sales, Product, and company leadership to help prospective customers evaluate Rillet as their next ERP.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">As an early member of Rillet’s UK GTM team, you’ll be uniquely positioned to shape how we sell, test new approaches, and help build the foundation for Rillet’s go-to-market motion in the UK.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><h2><strong>What You'll Do</strong></h2><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Remove technical and accounting objections.</strong> Play a key role throughout the sales cycle by helping prospective customers evaluate Rillet from both a technical and accounting perspective. You’ll understand their business requirements, accounting processes, and existing technology stack; explain how Rillet fits into their environment; and show how it can improve the way their finance team operates.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Deliver tailored product demonstrations.</strong> Configure sandbox environments and tailor demonstrations around each prospect’s specific workflows and use cases. You’ll run high-impact demos, answer detailed questions in real time, and adapt your approach based on the customer’s priorities. You’ll act as a trusted consultant throughout the evaluation process.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Become a product and domain expert.</strong> Develop a deep understanding of Rillet, accounting workflows, and the broader technology ecosystem used by modern finance teams. You’ll be able to answer the vast majority of product, accounting, and technical questions directly without needing to rely on the Product team.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Execute with urgency.</strong> Work cross-functionally to provide front-line prospect feedback to Sales, Product, Engineering, and company leadership in near real time. Experiment with different demo approaches, contribute to thoughtful customer follow-ups, and help accelerate opportunities through the sales process.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Represent Rillet.</strong> Be a trusted face of the company, bringing high customer empathy and structured problem-solving to every prospect interaction.
