You’ll own critical financial work streams from start to finish, partnering directly with our executive leadership and cross-functional Sales, Product and Operations teams to manage risks and capture new business opportunities. Joining this high-impact team puts you at the heart of Via’s global scaling efforts, where your financial modeling and strategic insights will influence company-wide decision making.&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;About the Role&lt;/strong&gt;:&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;ul&gt; &lt;li&gt;Drive global revenue strategy, including pricing structuring, go-to-market optimization, and incentive alignment across all product segments&amp;nbsp;&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;Support high stakes deal negotiations through the development of rigorous financial modeling, acting as a strategic thought partner to the Partnerships, Growth, and Operations teams to streamline business processes&amp;nbsp;&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;Work on corporate and business development initiatives, including financings, M&amp;amp;A opportunities, and strategic partnerships&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;Define and refine KPIs that guide leadership and support business-wide decision-making&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;Develop executive-ready materials for board meetings, investor updates, and strategic initiatives&lt;/li&gt; &lt;/ul&gt; &lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;About You&lt;/strong&gt;:&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;ul&gt; &lt;li&gt;Minimum of 6+ years of experience in private equity, investment banking, management consulting, transaction services or in strategic finance / corporate finance / FP&amp;amp;A&amp;nbsp;&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;A self-starter with excellent judgment, strong business intuition, and a bias for action&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;Fast-moving and responsive; you thrive in a dynamic environment and consistently deliver high-quality work on tight timelines&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;Exceptional Excel and financial modeling skills with a knack for robust simplicity&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;Strong analytical and communication skills; you’re able to both crunch numbers and discuss your analysis&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;Sophisticated understanding of corporate finance and accounting&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;Creative and solutions-oriented; you’re able to think on your feet when presented with a tough problem and willing to develop new approaches to challenges&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;Resourceful, a problem solver who is motivated by high levels of ownership and the opportunity to have a measurable impact&lt;/li&gt; &lt;/ul&gt; &lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Compensation and Benefits:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;ul&gt; &lt;li&gt;Final salary will be determined by the candidate’s experience, knowledge, and skills.
