<p>Eight Advisory was founded in 2009 in France by 8 former partners of Arthur Andersen / Big4 companies as a firm specialized in Transaction Services, Restructuring, and Transformation. Together with the Eight International Network, counting over 650 employees in more than 20 countries, we respond to a growing demand for financial advice from private equity firms, medium- and large-sized corporates, and investment banks.</p><p><br></p><p>We are currently looking for an ambitious and diligent individual to join our Strategy team in Cologne, Frankfurt, Munich as a Senior.&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p>As a Senior, you will:</p><p><br></p><ul><li><p>Collaborate with experts in transformation, restructuring, valuations, tax, and transaction services, focusing on strategic and operational aspects of transformation projects.</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Rapidly identify and analyze key risks and opportunities in strategy , and design operational solutions</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Integrate strategic and operational findings into financial analysis and business plans, working closely with transaction services, valuations, and restructuring teams</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Develop implementation plans and initiate actions</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Prepare presentations and reports for key stakeholders (e.g., board members, investors, M&amp;A advisors, C-suite management)</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Maintain direct client contact, participate in due diligence and strategy projects, and present results to clients</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Guide and mentor junior team members</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Facilitate workshops and meetings with clients to gather requirements and provide updates</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Contribute to business development activities, including proposal writing and client pitches</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Receive personalized coaching from a dedicated counselor for your personal and professional development</p></li></ul><p><br></p> <br> <p>To ensure that we find the best candidate for this position, we expect we expect the following from our future Senior:&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><ul><li><p>Master's degree with excellent grades from a renowned university/business school, preferably in economics, engineering, science, business administration, or business economics&nbsp;</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>2-4 years of experience in transaction, strategy, operations consulting, or a related field (e.g., M&amp;A, Strategy, Business Development) at a top-tier consultancy firm&nbsp;</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills&nbsp;</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Experience in preparing and delivering presentations to senior stakeholders&nbsp;</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously&nbsp;</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>High level of attention to detail and accuracy&nbsp;</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Entrepreneurial mindset with a practical and creative approach to problem-solving&nbsp;</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Eagerness to work on cross-border assignments&nbsp;</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Excellent communication and teamwork abilities&nbsp;</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Motivated, proactive, reliable, and resilient under stress&nbsp;</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Proven team leadership skills&nbsp;</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint&nbsp;</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Fluency in German and English&nbsp;</p></li></ul><p><br></p><p>Find more <a href="https://www.arbeitnow.com/english-speaking-jobs">English Speaking Jobs in Germany</a> on Arbeitnow</a>
