To support our Finance team, we are looking for a motivated Accounts Payable Accountant / Subledger Accountant to join us on a fixed-term basis as parental leave cover.<br> In this role, you will be responsible for the accurate processing of supplier invoices and travel expenses while supporting the smooth operation of our accounting processes.</p> <h2>Your Responsibilities</h2> <ul> <li>Review, code, and post supplier invoices accurately and in a timely manner</li> <li>Manage and process invoices through the digital workflow system</li> <li>Maintain and reconcile vendor accounts</li> <li>Review and process employee travel expense claims</li> <li>Support payment runs and monitor open items</li> <li>Clarify invoice discrepancies together with internal stakeholders and external suppliers</li> <li>Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities related to accounts payable</li> <li>Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with internal policies and procedures</li> </ul> <h2>Your profile</h2> <ul> <li>Completed commercial training, accounting qualification, or a comparable background</li> <li>Initial professional experience in Accounts Payable, bookkeeping, or general accounting</li> <li>Practical experience in processing and posting invoices</li> <li>Sound understanding of accounting principles and financial processes</li> <li>Structured, accurate, and detail-oriented way of working</li> <li>Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel</li> <li>Good communication skills in German and English</li> </ul> <h2>Our Offer</h2> <p>At ubitricity, you will play an active role in shaping the future of sustainable mobility and energy.
