<p class="MsoNormal"><strong>Talent Acquisition Recruiter – Maternity Cover</strong></p><p style="min-height: 1.7em;"></p><p class="MsoNormal"><strong>London | Full time | 4 days in the office + 1 day from home | Approx. 12 months</strong></p><p style="min-height: 1.7em;"></p><p class="MsoNormal">At Inditex, recruitment is about much more than filling vacancies.</p><p style="min-height: 1.7em;"></p><p class="MsoNormal">It’s about connecting with people, spotting potential, understanding our brands and helping candidates find their path with us.</p><p class="MsoNormal">We’re looking for an energetic, creative and proactive Recruiter to join our London Talent Acquisition team and support recruitment across our retail management population in the UK and Ireland.</p><p style="min-height: 1.7em;"></p><p class="MsoNormal">You’ll need to trust your eye for talent, know how to engage people from the very first conversation and enjoy accompanying candidates through their journey with us — from first contact to contract.</p><p style="min-height: 1.7em;"></p><p class="MsoNormal"><strong>What you’ll be doing</strong></p><ul><li><p>Own end-to-end recruitment for retail management positions across the UK and Ireland.</p></li><li><p>Proactively identify and connect with talent through LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Recruitee and new sourcing channels you bring to the table.</p></li><li><p>Build relationships with candidates and guide them through their recruitment journey, making sure every interaction feels engaging, personal and transparent.</p></li><li><p>Partner closely with <strong>HR Managers and Area Managers</strong>, understanding their teams, their stores and the talent they need.</p></li><li><p>Run one-to-one interviews, group interviews, Recruitment Days and Branding events.</p></li><li><p>Visit stores, markets and events to stay connected to what is happening in retail and where the best talent is.</p></li><li><p>Build strong talent pipelines before the vacancy even exists.</p></li><li><p>Get involved in creative Talent Acquisition projects — from recruitment partnerships and employer branding to talent strategy, corporate projects and digital initiatives.</p></li><li><p>Constantly look for better ways to recruit. If one route doesn’t work, you find another.</p><p style="min-height: 1.7em;"></p></li></ul><p class="MsoNormal"><strong>Who we’re looking for</strong></p><p class="MsoNormal">You probably have around <strong>2–3 years of recruitment experience within retail</strong> and a strong understanding of the UK market.</p><p class="MsoNormal">You’ll also be someone who:</p><ul><li><p>Has strong experience using <strong>LinkedIn Recruiter</strong> and genuinely enjoys proactive sourcing.</p></li><li><p>Knows how to connect with candidates and turn a first conversation into real interest.</p></li><li><p>Has a strong eye for talent and is confident assessing potential, not just matching CVs to job descriptions.</p></li><li><p>Understands fashion and retail and is curious about brands, competitors and the market.</p></li><li><p>Brings energy, personality and strong communication skills.</p></li><li><p>Is confident working with demanding stakeholders and comfortable challenging when needed.</p></li><li><p>Thinks outside the box and doesn’t accept “there are no candidates” as the final answer.</p></li><li><p>Takes ownership, works autonomously and brings ideas rather than waiting for direction.</p></li><li><p>Is organised enough to manage multiple recruitment processes, stakeholders and projects at the same time.</p></li></ul><p class="MsoNormal">Experience with <strong>Recruitee, Indeed or similar recruitment platforms</strong> is a plus.</p><p style="min-height: 1.7em;"></p><p class="MsoNormal">If you love fashion, people and the challenge of finding the right talent — and you want a role where your ideas can genuinely shape how we recruit — we’d love to meet you.</p><p style="min-height: 1.7em;"></p> <br> <p>Find more <a href="https://www.arbeitnow.co.uk/english-speaking-jobs">English Speaking Jobs in United Kingdom</a> on Arbeitnow</a>
