If so, let’s talk more!&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;The Global Studies Coordinator (based in France) is responsible for supporting the team of Global Study Managers in the planning and operations of active clinical trial studies. The Coordinator is the main point of contact for patient communications and the management of all patient travel and logistical details.&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;u&gt;Please note: The internal title for this role is &#39;Global Study Coordinator.&#39; This is a contract position. It is part-time, potentially up to 25 hours per week, and pays on an hourly basis. Hours are not guaranteed.&lt;/u&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Responsibilities:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;ul&gt; &lt;li&gt;Manages travel and transportation budget for trial participants&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;Participates in discussions with vendors and internal team members regarding trial participant requirements&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;Supports hospital or clinical staff relating to trial participant enrollments and visit schedules&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;Promptly responds to all inquiries of the trial participants and hospital/clinical staff&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;Contributes to managing projects to profitable level through efficient work process&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;Acts as point of contact for patient communication regarding air, hotel and ground accommodations&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;Maintains accurate data including setting up databases and transferring data between internal operating systems&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;Aids in producing reports as required&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;Works with Global Study Manager to outline needs and requests of clients and patients&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;Contributes to managing projects to profitable level through efficient work process&lt;/li&gt; &lt;/ul&gt; &lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Requirements:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;ul&gt; &lt;li&gt;Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;Fluent French and fluent English required, multi-lingual preferred&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;2+ years of experience in the travel industry and/or pharma industry preferred&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;Working knowledge of Microsoft Office&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;Ability to learn new procedures quickly and efficiently&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;Highly organized and plan-oriented; adept at prioritization and follow-up&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;Excels in cross-departmental communication&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;Confidence and follow through in decision-making&lt;/li&gt; &lt;/ul&gt; &lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Working Conditions:&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;ul&gt; &lt;li&gt;Primary work environment is from a home office with personal computer and telephone&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;Minimum technology required, including updated operating system, anti-virus software and password protected devices.
