This role is part onboarding, part coaching, part culture-building — and a big part of what makes our warehouse teams work well together.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">If you enjoy working with people, teaching by example, and helping others improve every day, this could be a great fit.</p><div style="min-height:1.2em;margin-top:0;margin-bottom:0"> </div><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Why this role is exciting</strong></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">You’ll have a direct impact on how quickly new employees become productive and confident.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">You’ll help shape team culture on the warehouse floor — not from behind a desk.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">You’ll work closely with managers and become a key partner in performance, onboarding and development.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">You’ll support both newcomers and existing employees, so no two days look the same.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">You’ll be in a role where people genuinely rely on you — for guidance, clarity and support</p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>What you’ll do</strong></p><p style="min-height:1.5em">You’ll be responsible for helping warehouse employees learn, improve and succeed in daily operations.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">You will:</p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Coordinate onboarding for new warehouse employees</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Train employees across different warehouse departments and processes</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Support the creation and improvement of training materials and methods</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Give regular feedback, motivate people and help them improve performance</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Identify where individuals need more support and create practical improvement plans</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Check whether warehouse rules and processes are followed correctly</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Work closely with managers on training progress and employee development</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Help introduce new warehouse processes and make sure teams understand them</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Evaluate training effectiveness and suggest improvements based on real needs</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Be the go-to person for everyday questions, support and guidance on the floor</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Act as a role model for Rohlik culture, teamwork and customer orientation</p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>What we’re looking for</strong></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">At least 1 year of training experience; warehouse or operations background</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Open-minded, hands-on and comfortable in a fast-paced environment</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Strong communicator with a natural feel for working with people</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Calm under pressure and able to make quick, fair decisions</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Structured, attentive and focused on helping others improve</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Comfortable using apps, tools and new technologies</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Self-starter who can work independently and get things done</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Strong customer-oriented mindset, even in an operational role</p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Language requirements: </strong>You need professional working proficiency in <strong>English or German</strong>.
