The role carries direct ownership of projects related to user research, user experience, and conversion rate optimisation across global web pages, and contributes to building AI-enabled workflows that allow the Website &amp; Organic team to scale its processes. This position is designed for a student looking to develop practical skills within a professional digital environment.</p><p style=";"></p><p style=";"><strong><span style="font-size: 1.1em">Main Responsibilities</span></strong></p><ul><li><p style=";">Conduct market and user research in collaboration with the marketing team to provide data-driven analysis for website experience improvements.</p></li><li><p style=";">Work with internal and external teams to create and optimize user journeys with a measurable impact on Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR).</p></li><li><p style=";">Utilize the Content Management System (CMS) to create new and update current pages based on team briefs and research; is responsible for launching site campaigns and supporting digital projects for multiple stakeholders.</p></li><li><p style=";">Collaborate with different marketing teams to implement digital marketing initiatives with a focus on SEO/GEO, community, and product marketing.</p></li><li><p style=";">Develop agentic and standard automations to support the website and organic teams.</p></li></ul><br /><br /><p style=";"><strong><span style="font-size: 1.1em">Required Experience</span></strong></p><ul><li><p style=";">Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, IT, Marketing, or a related field and provide valid proof of enrollment.</p></li><li><p style=";">Previous experience building digital products, using no-code tools, or using agentic workflows is a strong advantage.</p></li><li><p style=";">Experience in SaaS, digital-first, or e-commerce environments is preferred.</p></li><li><p style=";">Familiarity with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics or Clarity is an advantage.</p></li><li><p style=";">Familiarity with SEO or GEO principles is an advantage.</p></li></ul><p style=";"></p><p style=";"><strong><span style="font-size: 1.1em">Required Skills</span></strong></p><ul><li><p style=";">Analytical Mindset: Demonstrates the ability to analyze data beyond a surface level, refine outputs, and draw independent, data-driven conclusions.</p></li><li><p style=";">Proactivity &amp; biased to action: Possesses an entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to identify problems and take the initiative to create and implement solutions.</p></li><li><p style=";">Digital native: comfortable with learning and using multiple tools, using tech and developing solutions to solve problems in a scalable manner</p></li><li><p style=";">Communication: Excellent command of English is mandatory for articulating complex ideas and producing high-quality written briefings.</p></li></ul><p style=";"></p><p><strong>Please note:</strong> This is a working student position, limited to a maximum of <strong>20 hours per week during the semester</strong>.
